Nick Jenkin

With 20+ years recruitment experience, Nick specialises in placing senior technology sales and leadership roles in the Melbourne market.

Nick began his career working for one of the UK’s leading specialist sales recruitment firms back in 2000, focused on recruiting sales roles in the rapidly evolving Telco sector. In 2004 he migrated to Melbourne with his partner where he joined one of the world’s largest recruitment firms and enjoyed 3 extremely successful years. Off the back of this, Nick was approached by one of Australia’s leading financial services recruitment firms to set up a new technology sales and delivery recruitment practice. It’s here he started working with Richard Beattie and their partnership began.

In the aftermath of the GFC, Nick and Richard decided to go out on their own and they set up Jenkin Beattie in December 2009. Ten years later Jenkin Beattie is established as one of the leading technology sales recruitment firms in Australia.
