My client, a leading Australian Marketing business specializing in lead generation services, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Business Development Manager to join their team in the heart of Sydney CBD.

With a strong presence in the Australian market, they specialize in serving clients within the financial services sector, including insurance, lending, and brokering, as well as cutting-edge SaaS tech firms. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their market reach and contributing to their continued success.
 
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy. This is a full 360 sales role, empowering you to take ownership of the entire sales process from inception to close. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients. With your exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasive communication, you will foster strong relationships and effectively showcase the value of our client's lead generation services.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients within the financial services (insurance, lending, brokering) and SaaS tech sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our client's services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Utilize your expertise in high-volume telesales to drive efficient lead generation and conversion.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven track record in high-volume telesales, ideally within financial services, insurance brokering, lending, or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
  • Experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the lead generation process is a plus.
 
Remuneration:
  • Base salary of $85,000 per annum + super
  • Uncapped OTEs of $110,000+ based on achievement of sales targets.
