Full Job Description
Our client is a global SaaS vendor, a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader and visionary, who have been voted in the top 100 employers by Forbes. As a result of growth they're looking for some outstanding BDM's to sell their software solutions into a portfolio of net new and existing customers in the SMB sector.
About the Role:
- Proactive 'hunting' for new business opportunities, targeting the SMB sector - up to 250 seats - you will have SDR/BDR support in this role too
- Selling the company's market leading, multi-module SaaS platform
- Effective territory management
- Negotiate prospective client's complex internal approval processes
- Negotiate complex contracts up to C level
- Work collaboratively across multiple business functions to ensure smooth delivery
- Effectively managing a geographical territory, pipeline creation, accurate budgeting and forecasting
- Manage and track your activities via a CRM system
Skills Required:
- Min 12 months of SaaS/software 'closing' sales experience
- Current/previous SaaS SDR's who have closed in a different industry may be considered (min 3 years all up)
- Top performer with a proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets
- Outgoing, energetic, driven personality with strong presentation and communications skills
- Formally software sales trained with strong sales process and rigour
