Solutions Architect – Service Desk & Digital Workspace Solutions
We are looking for a Digital Workplace Solutions Architect to join a global technology solutions leader, empowering businesses to succeed by delivering secure, innovative IT solutions across government, financial services, and other industries.
What You'll Do
- Drive the architecture and solutioning for Service Desk and Field Services within the Digital Workspace function.
- Act as the technical presales specialist
- Collaborate with sales teams to advise on solution features, costs, and implementation strategies.
- Analyze client requirements and architect solutions using our clients portfolio offerings.
- Provide technical input for proposals, identify upsell opportunities, and demonstrate products at client sites.
- Lead or support solution reviews, strategic planning, and business case development.
- Develop cost estimates, refine architectural models, and ensure compliance with processes.
- Present solutions to stakeholders and support sales teams in client reviews and contract negotiations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in solutioning deals across all areas of DWS technology.
- Strong background in Service Desk and Field Services solution architecture.
- 8-10 years of IT industry experience, with pre-sales Service Desk and Digital Workspace exposure.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (TOGAF, ITIL, ISO, Zachman, etc.).
- Expertise in 3+ areas: Server OS, Databases, Networks, Security, Cloud, Application Development, Business Intelligence, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven ability to lead global teams, develop proposals, and present to senior executives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
